Hiya~ So ya, i tried adding abit of "effects" on the drawing, lol it doesn't really seem good enough though :/ I'll try harder~!!!!

So ya, this is my anime character~ Kagura Ikira~ Its my first template drawing, and ya i tried my best drawing her~ ^^ Its kinda hard controlling the pen which i use to draw out in the com... T.T
