Forgive me

The autumn leaves,
Swaying throught the cold air.
I walk throught this cold air,
hanging my head to the night wind,
While
the tears of the moonlight trickle down from my hands.
"I'm sorry..."
My lips uttered in the silent darkness.

I was so happy,
you were laughing,
With that smile which melts everything away.
But those where only memories.

I want those memories back,
I want us to be back together,
but only if you forgive and forget.

Let's get across this sea of mournful sorrow.
Even if today is painful,
and yesturday's wound remains,
I want to believe that forgiving
will free one's heart from misery,
changing it into light.

If only you would forgive me...

Well, this is the poem i wrote for my literature class, for this narrative poem thingy. Lol, i actually put in some good sentence from other song lyrics(Kotoko agony, fruit basket) into this poem, and combine it with mine.
